How to Start a Return

If your order isn’t quite right, don’t worry — returning an item is simple. Just email our support team with your order number and the product you’d like to return. We’ll send you a free QR code return label, which you can scan at your nearest parcel shop — no printer required.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.
• We cannot accept returns on intimate toys, lubricants, oils, or lingerie that have been opened or worn.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order while we process your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
