Decent product overall, but the charging setup is poorly thought out. The cable has no markings to show which way it should be connected, so you’re left plugging it in, waiting to see if it lights up, flipping it, and trying again every single time. The same issue applies to the remote — there’s no clear indication of orientation, and it takes a few seconds before you even know if it’s charging.
On top of that, the charger is proprietary and replacement cables aren’t sold separately, so losing it would be a real problem. It’s frustrating because the product itself works well and has good features, but the charging design seriously lets it down.
